Are We Anti-Cheat Yet?

Check whether anti-cheat gets in the way of your games on Linux.

What is it?

Are We Anti-Cheat Yet? is a community website that tracks games with anti-cheat software and whether they work on Linux.

Anti-cheat helps games detect cheating, especially in multiplayer. Some anti-cheat systems work on Linux, but others can stop you from playing even when Proton can run the game itself.

What do the statuses mean?

  • Supported: The developer has enabled or confirmed support.

  • Planned: Support has been announced, but isn’t available yet.
  • Broken: Doesn’t currently work.
  • Denied: The developer has ruled out or blocked support.

Check your multiplayer games

Search for your game and read its notes and recorded updates. These explain any limits, such as only certain game modes working.

Use it alongside ProtonDB for recent player reports. Game updates can change compatibility, so check the dates too.
